  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM (MT) will be processed the next business day.
  • During peak seasons or promotional sales, processing times may extend by an additional 1-2 business days.
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery

We offer both domestic and international shipping with various options to meet your needs. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method selected and the destination.

For Calculated Shipping Rates: Shipping Charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Free standard shipping is available on orders over $200 (before taxes and discounts).

4. International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries.

  • International delivery times vary and typically range from 10-21 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing.
  • Customs, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping fees.
  • Unlaced Boutique is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

5. Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, please review our return policy:

  • Returns: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, unworn, and unwashed items with original tags attached.
  • Exchanges: If you need a different size or color, please initiate an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Refunds: Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is processed. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Final Sale Items: Certain items, including bodysuits, swimwear, and clearance items, are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments

  • If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please check with your local carrier or neighbors.
  • Unlaced Boutique is not responsible for lost, stolen, or incorrectly addressed shipments.
