We want you to get your UnLaced pieces as fast and smoothly as possible. Here’s how we handle shipping:
Shipping Rates & Delivery
- Free shipping on all orders over $175 CAD (before tax & after discounts).
- Shipping rates for orders under $175 CAD are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
- We currently ship across Canada and the United States. For international orders, please contact us at support@unlacedboutique.com before placing your order.
- Orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment is received.
- Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Canada: 3–10 business days
- USA: 5–14 business days
- Rural or remote locations may experience longer delivery times.
Order Processing & Carriers
- Orders are shipped from Alberta, Canada.
- We use trusted carriers: Canada Post and UPS.
- Please note: We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
Local Pickup
- Local pickup may be available at select events or pop-ups. Email support@unlacedboutique.com to arrange.
Lost or Delayed Packages
- If your package is delayed or lost, contact us at support@unlacedboutique.com and we’ll help track it down or find a solution.
International Shipping
- For international orders outside Canada/USA, email support@unlacedboutique.com for a shipping quote and details.
Address Issues
- Please double-check your shipping address at checkout! We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrectly entered addresses.
