We want you to love your UnLaced pieces—no regrets, no second-guessing. If your order isn’t a perfect fit, here’s how we handle returns and refunds:
Returns
- We accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery.
- Sale items, accessories (like hats, jewelry, handbags), and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- To start a return, email us at support@unlacedboutique.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send you return instructions.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- Want a different size or style? Reach out to us at support@unlacedboutique.com and we’ll do our best to hook you up, subject to availability.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you received a damaged or wrong item, let us know within 3 days of delivery. We’ll make it right—no hassle.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we can’t guarantee we’ll receive your returned item.

- Payment is collected at checkout to hold your item.
- Estimated ship dates are listed on each product page. Delays may occur due to supplier or shipping issues, but we’ll keep you in the loop.
- You’ll get an email confirmation when your pre-order is placed, and another when your order ships.
Cancellations & Refunds:
- You can cancel your pre-order for a full refund anytime before your item ships.
- Once shipped, our standard return policy applies.
